Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through NorvelleAtelier.com.

Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to the shopping cart does not reserve it.

We may update inventory, descriptions and prices when reasonably necessary. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and allow you to choose between:

  • Waiting for restock;

  • Selecting an available alternative; or

  • Receiving a refund.

We do not currently sell products on a preorder basis.

Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable tax requirements.

Only one promotional or discount code may be used per order unless expressly stated otherwise.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after payment is approved and an order confirmation is issued.

We may refuse or cancel an order involving:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;

  • Incorrect payment or delivery information;

  • Obvious pricing or listing errors;

  • Inventory errors; or

  • Other unusual activity affecting order security or fulfillment.

If payment has been collected for a canceled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation and Changes

You may request cancellation or changes to an item, size or shipping address before the order ships.

Contact support@norvelleatelier.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Product Presentation

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, measurements and details accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings and device displays.

This does not limit your rights if an incorrect, defective or materially different product is delivered.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated shipping transit time is 3–5 business days.

Free standard shipping is available within the contiguous United States. Additional requirements are described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Returns require prior authorization.

Return eligibility, exchanges and refund processing are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns by contacting support@norvelleatelier.com. Unresolved disputes may be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction.
